The Svelt Marea SMAREA09R is a professional aluminum double ladder designed for light professional use , intensive domestic work, and advanced hobby applications. Part of the Marea line, it combines structural strength, operational safety, and ease of use, making it ideal for installers, painters, and maintenance workers who need to work at high heights with complete reliability.

The structure is made of high-strength ribbed extruded aluminum , with die-cast aluminum hinges that ensure stability and rigidity to the entire staircase. The patented automatic edge-wrapping system permanently secures the steps to the uprights with a "sandwich" effect, increasing durability and safety over time.

The 80 mm non-slip flat steps ensure a stable and comfortable footing, while the 30 x 26 cm knurled platform made of reinforced polypropylene automatically locks into place with a nylon safety hook. The platform is supported by two galvanized steel tie rods , which provide high stability even at maximum operating height.

The 60 cm aluminum guardrail protects the operator from tipping forward and allows the platform to be used as a safe last step. The ergonomic tool-holder handle , complete with tool trays and a bucket hook, improves ergonomics and productivity while working.

The equipment includes a patented carrying handle , larger ergonomic non-slip and anti-crush pads, straps to prevent accidental opening , as well as labels and a use and maintenance manual . The ladder is EN 131 certified , compliant with Legislative Decree 81/08 , with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg and is supplied with a test certificate in accordance with Italian and European regulations .
