RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

PROCESS

  1. CONTACT US: Email us at ecommerce@hertzsrl.it to initiate the return process.

  3. REFUND: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Made-to-order products (products available in 7-10 working days or more)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

REPLACEMENTS: We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please email us at ecommerce@hertzsrl.it.

SHIPPING COSTS: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
