RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Timing: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

PROCESS

  1. CONTACT US: Send us an email at ecommerce@hertzsrl.it to start the return process.

  3. REFUND: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Downloadable software
  • Some items for health and personal care

REPLACEMENTS We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at ecommerce@hertzsrl.it

SHIPPING COSTS You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
