The Svelt Marea SMAREA08R is a professional aluminum double ladder designed for light professional use , intensive home use, and advanced hobby activities. Sturdy, stable, and safe, it is particularly suitable for installers, painters, and maintenance workers who need a reliable and comfortable ladder, even for prolonged work.

The structure is made of high-resistance ribbed extruded aluminium , with an advanced automatic edging system that fixes the steps to the uprights with a “sandwich” effect, guaranteeing structural solidity and long-lasting durability.

The 80 mm non-slip flat steps ensure a stable and comfortable footing, while the large 30 x 26 cm knurled platform made of reinforced polypropylene automatically locks into place with a nylon safety hook. The platform is supported by two galvanized steel tie rods , increasing the ladder's overall rigidity.

The 60 cm safety railing allows the platform to be used as the last step, improving protection against forward tilt. The ergonomic tool-holder handle serves both as a grip during climbing and as a practical holder for tools, screws, and a bucket.

The equipment is completed by the patented carrying handle , the larger ergonomic non-slip and anti-crush pads , the straps to prevent accidental opening and the die-cast aluminium hinges , which give high stability and rigidity to the structure.

The ladder is supplied with labels and a use and maintenance manual , shrink-wrapped with an information poster and is certified according to Italian and European standards EN 131 , with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg .
